Newlywed Christmas Stockings

I had the lovely opportunity to make two different couples' stocking sets for some wedding gifts recently. I so enjoy finding fabrics that complement each other with a contrasting masculine/feminine take on the same color scheme!

"This talented designer and seamstress needs more credit then I can give her. Her work is absolutely stunning. Her photos do not do her work justice. Amazing - just what I wanted - I am so excited about my new yoga bag and bolster!"

A smattering of candid photos, which are all I have to show the existence of my first ten or so years of sewing for other people -

Frank Lloyd Wright

A tiny cross-stitch of my own design, copying a stained glass window by Frank Lloyd Wright. I used these great densely-colored glossy flosses that look almost as if they glow like the glass they mimic.

This item is currently for sale on my Etsy site.
